In the framework of management optimization program the company has reorganized four associated companies. So, Ezhva, Lokchim, Storozhevskles and Vychegdales (all based in Komi Republic, Russia) were consolidated in a single enterprise. In that way, company reduced administrative staff machinery and administrative costs. The company also plans to acquire state-of-art logging equipment. It will also allow to reduce logging costs due to labour costs minimization.
