Black Belt has long been a well-regarded firm specializing in high-end sales in Alabama, Mississippi, Kentucky and Arkansas. The firm’s three partners—Monroe Payne, Bob Jamison and Jerry Ingram—will join National Land Realty partners Jason Walter, Jason Burbage and Dean Sinatra.
Combined, the merged enterprise has more than 90 years of experience in the marketplace that will allow the organization to become a leading land realty company in the Southeast.
