Within the framework of construction of a new paper recycling complex installation of PM 3 was started on April 2 at Rubezhansky cardboard-packaging mill (Ukraine), Irta-FAW reported quoting Rubezhansky executive committee. New paper recycling complex will be able to produce 120 000 tonnes of cardboard per year for plaster slab and kraftliner production. Rubezhansky CPM CEO Guennady Minin noted that the main task of the enterprise is to increase significantly production output of cardboard and paper from recovered paper which is one of the most important directions in pulp-and-paper industry. Antony Torn, executive director of DS Smith and Alex Forbs, chairman of advisory council and development manager of the company assisted at the event. DS Smith is Rubezhansky CPM shareholder for more than 10 years.
