Peru’s particleboards imports in the first half of this year were down 11% to $35.4 million compared to the $39.8 million in the same period in 2014.

Aug 10, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. Peru’s particleboards imports in the first half of this year were down 11% to $35.4 million compared to the $39.8 million in the same period in 2014, ITTO reported.
Novopan Peru remained the largest particleboard importer with a 39% share of imports worth around $13.8 million but this was down around 17% year on year.
On the other hand Grupo Martin reported an expansion of imports of particleboard to $5.9 million compared with $3.8 million in the same period in 2014.
