Thompson as Treasurer, Chief Financial and Strategic Planning Officer, reporting to Frederic Villoutreix, Chairman of the Board and CEO, the company said in a statement received by Lesprom Network. Thompson replaces Torben Wetche, who is leaving the company and served as CFO and Treasurer since August 2008.
