Sep 15, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. Slovenia's total value of roundwood purchased in July 2015 was Euro 4.4 million, which is about 23% more than in the previous month, as the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Higher was the value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs (by almost 39%), while the value of purchased pulpwood was lower by about 19%, of wood fuel by almost 13% and of other industrial roundwood by about 20%.

The total value of roundwood purchased in July 2015 was about 41% higher than in July 2014, mainly due to higher quantity of purchased sawlogs conifers. Higher was the value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs (by almost 52%) and of wood fuel (by about 47%), while the value of purchased pulpwood and other industrial roundwood was lower by about 3%.
