Jan 03, 2013. /Lesprom Network/. A total of 301,449 UPM-Kymmene Corporation new shares were subscribed for between 1 November 2012 and 10 December 2012 under the company's stock option rights 2007B. The entire subscription price of Euro 1,881,041.76 will be entered in the invested unrestricted equity reserve. As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of UPM's shares will increase to 526,124,410, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network. The shares subscribed for under the stock options were registered in the Trade Register on 27 December 2012, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights. Trading in the new shares will begin on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki on 28 December 2012. The share subscription period for stock options 2007B is between 1 October 2011 and 31 October 2013. On 10 December 2012 a total of 3,231,478 stock option rights 2007B remained unexercised. UPM comprises of three Business Groups: Energy and pulp, Paper, and Engineered materials.
