Wingate Partners ("Wingate"), a Dallas-based private equity firm, completed the sale of its portfolio company, Nekoosa Coated Products Holdings, Inc. to Sentinel Capital Partners, L.L.C., a New York-based private equity firm. Wingate partnered with the Nekoosa management team to acquire the business in October 2012.
