Canadian lumber production decreased by 14.8% in December
Lumber production by sawmills in Canada decreased 14.8% from November to 4 151.3 thousand cubic metres in December. Compared with December 2012, lumber production increased 5.8%.

from November to 4 151.3 thousand cubic metres in December. Compared with
December 2012, lumber production increased 5.8%, as Statistics Canada said in
the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Sawmills shipped 3 912.2 thousand cubic metres of lumber in December,
down 14.7% from November.
