Cathay Forest announces resignation of remaining directors
Jul 18, 2012. Cathay Forest Products Corp. by its court-appointed temporary receiver and manager, Duff & Phelps Canada Restructuring Inc. (the "Interim Manager"), announces the following resignations. Stephen Miller resigned as a director of the Company effective July 9, 2012. Honda Cheng resigned as a director of the Company effective July 11, 2012. Thomas Chan Man Hung resigned as a director and Chairman of the Company effective July 11, 2012.

Following the resignation of these individuals, there are no remaining directors of the Company. A special meeting of shareholders will be held on July 30, 2012 for the purpose of electing new directors to fill these vacancies.
