Apr 05, 2016. /Lesprom Network/. Lars Idermark, who has been proposed as Chair of the Board of Directors in Swedbank by the Nomination Committee, has announced to the main owners in Aleris that he wishes to resign from the chairmanship in the Aleris Board of Directors with immediate effect.

This decision has also been announced to the Nomination Committee and the Board of Directors in Swedbank as well as the Board of Directors in Södra.

"By resigning from the chairmanship and the Board of Directors in Aleris, I am taking the consequences from the additional workload that will arise from the chairmanship in Swedbank. This will make it possible for me to act as CEO of Södra and Chair of Swedbank with full power", says Lars Idermark.
