Dec 24, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. PAPCEL started-up a new stock preparation line for OCC processing in the paper mill Rakta General Co., Alexandria, Egypt. PAPCEL has supplied a new complete stock preparation line with a capacity of 220 tpd, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The mechanical engineering project was prepared by Erma Elan engineering in Prague, Czech Republic.

PAPCEL acted as the supplier of complete engineering services including commissioning.

The line is installed in a brand new building constructed by the customer.
