Tekni-Plex, Inc. to offer $150 million of senior secured notes
May 31, 2005. Tekni-Plex, Inc. announced May 31, 2005 that it is proposing to offer $150 million aggregate principal amount of 7-year senior secured notes due 2012. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay borrowings under its existing senior secured credit facilities and for general corporate purposes.
