Billing, who is 57 years old, has been group CEO for the Stenqvist group for 16 years. He will replace the current managing director Ragnar Quarnstrom during the second quarter of 2005.
KLIPPAN's total production capacity amounts to 200,000 tons of paper and 30,000 tons of chlorine free sulphite pulp.
