Alexander Melikyan Appointed Baikalsky Deputy-CEO on IBRD Cooperation
004. The new deputy-CEO will manage the enterprise reorganization, the launch of closed water circulation, supplies of equipment in accordance with the reorganization plan as well as cooperation with various state institutions in the process of the enterprise reorganization.
Mar 09, 2004. /Lesprom Network/. Russian Baikalsky pulp and paper enterprise (Irkutsk region, owned by Continental Management) appointed Alexander Melikyan deputy-Ceo on IBRD cooperation. Alexander Melikkyan is ex-commercial director of Promex, Baikalsky press-secretary Albina Ergina said Tuesday.
This new title was introduced on February, 26 2004 on the enterprise. The new deputy-CEO will manage the enterprise reorganization, the launch of closed water circulation, supplies of equipment in accordance with the reorganization plan as well as cooperation with various state institutions in the process of the enterprise reorganization.
Alexander Melikyan, 29 graduated from Moscow state academy of management with a management degree. From April to December 2003 he worked as Promex commercial director.
Baikalsky obtained World bank ‘no objection’ resolution for tender documentation to carry out international auction to supply equipment for Baikalsky reorganization and modernization.
Baikalksky main shareholders are: Continental Management (41%) and Russian Federal property fund (49%).
