According to Arkadi Trachuk, by the end of 2005 Goznak intends to fulfill the order to supply banking note paper to Indonesia. The contract to supply 5 billion banking notes to Indonesia was signed in 2004 and is one of the largest contracts to supply banking note paper worldwide. Luki Fahtul from the Indonesian Central bank said that the cooperation with Goznak started in 2001, and the parnters ‘are enjoying good relations’. ‘Banking note paper supplied by Goznak meets all the quality standards, while the paper is highl protected against fakes, he said. Goznak exports 500 million banking notes annually. The main customers of Goznak are Byelorussia, Indonesia, India, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodja. Goznak comprises Moscow, Perm, Ryazh printing factories, Moscow printing house, Moscow and Saint-Petersburg mints, Saint-Petersburg and Krasnokamskaya paper mills, as well as Goznak science and research institute.
