The AGM re-elected Fredrik Lundberg, Lilian Fossum, Magnus Hall, Carl Kempe, Curt Källströmer, Hans Larsson, Ulf Lundahl, Göran Lundin and Bengt Pettersson to the Board. Fredrik Lundberg was re-elected Chairman of the Board. Holmen is a forest products industry group with an annual production capacity of about 2.7 million tonnes of paper and paperboard.
