The purchasing director is responsible for purchasing and logistics operations within the Ponsse Group. Tommi Väänänen will report to CEO Juho Nummela, and he will be based in Vieremä. Väänänen has also been invited to join the company’s Management Team.
Tommi Väänänen transfers to this position from Metso Corporation, where he has held various managerial positions related to production, procurement and business operations in Metso Automation’s Kajaani unit since 2006.
