Russian Neusiedler Syktivkar to Boost Stock Capital 300 Times
. Russian Neusiedler Syktivkar (Komi republic) board of directors approved the decision taken at the general meeting to increase the company stock-capital through additional issue of shares worth RUR 387,560,400 and converting previously owned shares.

The company will issue 968,901 ordinary nominal non-documentary shares and 322,967 A-type preference shares at RUR 300 face value. Due to the increase of face value, the stock capital will reach RUR 387,560,400 and will consist of 968,901 ordinary shares and 322,967 preference shares with a face value of RUR 300 per share.
As Lesprom.ru reported before, the issue of stock capital increase by boosting shares face value was discussed at a Neusiedler Syktivkar urgent general meeting.
Neusiedler Syktivkar is one of Russia’s major high-quality paper manufacturers. The company comprises 13 affiliated timber enterprises. The company’s major shareholder (87,9% of shares) is Neusiedler AG, owned by Anglo American Mondi department.
