Tembec reorganizes leadership team and business groups
Tembec announced that Dennis Rounsville, Executive Vice President, Forest Products Group, is retiring. Chris Black, currently Executive Vice President, Paper and Paper Pulp Group, will take on additional leadership responsibilities as Executive Vice President, Forest Products, Paper and Paper Pulp Group. Christian Ribeyrolle remains Executive Vice President, Specialty Cellulose Group and operations for this business group are unchanged.

Oct 16, 2013. /Lesprom Network/. Tembec announced that Dennis Rounsville, Executive Vice President,
Forest Products Group, is retiring. Chris Black, currently Executive Vice
President, Paper and Paper Pulp Group, will take on additional leadership
responsibilities as Executive Vice President, Forest Products, Paper and Paper
Pulp Group. Christian Ribeyrolle remains Executive Vice President, Specialty
Cellulose Group and operations for this business group are unchanged, as the
company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
"Dennis Rounsville has been a valuable member of our executive
leadership team, and a significant contributor to Tembec and the forest
products industry through his long career, and we wish him a fruitful and happy
retirement," said Tembec President and CEO James Lopez.
"This change reflects the ongoing transformation of Tembec, as well
as management's continuing focus on costs as we reshape our business portfolio,"
said James Lopez. "We are parting ways with people who have been dedicated
employees and we wish them well in the next phase of their careers."
