Tetra Laval names Joensson president, CEO of Tetra Pak
Sep 28, 2005. Swedish packaging company Tetra Laval Group AB said on Tuesday its board has appointed Dennis Joensson president and chief executive officer of Tetra Pak effective from January 1, 2006.

Swedish packaging company Tetra Laval Group AB said on Tuesday its board has appointed Dennis Joensson president and chief executive officer of Tetra Pak effective from January 1, 2006. The appointment follows the decision by Nick Shreiber to retire from his position by the end of 2005, after 18 years in the company and five years as president and CEO, Tetra Laval said.
Mr. Joensson, presently head of the business area Tetra Pak Carton Ambient, joined Tetra Pak in 1982 as a marketing trainee in Sweden. Prior to his present position, he has had several managerial positions in the group, including managing director of Tetra Pak in Panama, Mexico and the U.S. Joensson joined the Tetra Pak Global leadership team in 2001.
