Sep 10, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. Vinda International Holdings Limited announces that Ms. Zhang Dong Fang has served a notice on the Board to resign as an executive director and CEO of the Company with effect from 1 October 2015 due to her intention to devote more time to her personal commitments.

Immediately upon her resignation becoming effective, Ms. Zhang will serve as a senior adviser to the Group for a fixed term of two years.

The Board further announces that Johann Christoph Michalski, a non-executive director, be appointed as CEO and re-designated as an executive director of the Company with effect from 1 October 2015.
