Ahlstrom will book a capital gain of approximately Euro 3.2 million from the transaction in its 3Q 2015 results, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

According to Ahlstrom's knowledge 902,000 shares valued at approximately Euro 6.9 million were sold to AC Invest Five B.V. The entity is Ahlstrom Corporation's related party. Following the sale of shares, Ahlstrom's shareholding in Munksjö has been reduced to 0%.
