According to the data for May, 5 2005 72.97% of Volga are owned by Nizhny Newsprint Holdings Limited, 10% by Volga Newsprint, 15.76% - Alfa-bank, 0.12% - NBD-bank. The change of shareholder occured as a result of the fulfillment of shares' consolidation by Ost-West Group (Moscow, controls 100% of Volga shares). Volga stock capital is RUR 1 121 839 thousand, divided into 11 808 827 ordinary shares at RUR 95 per share.
