Apr 12, 2010. /Lesprom Network/. China's pulp imports in March were 1.08 million metric tons, the General Administration of Customs said, as Dow Jones informed Lesprom Network.
Last month, the country also imported 10,000 cubic meters of plywood and 370,000 tons of paper and paper board.
Total pulp imports in the 1Q fell 5.8% on year to 2.92 million tons, while plywood imports in the same period rose 1.1% to 30,000 cubic meters.
Paper and paper board imports in the first three months totaled 830,000 tons, up 30% on year.
