The French producer of paper, paper products and office equipment, Exacompta Clairefontaine SA, announced that it has acquired the British manufacturer of book, pad and filing products, Tollit & Harvey Ltd. According to Exacompta Clairefontaine, the purchase enables the company to enter the UK market and expand its pan European activities. Head of European Sales for Exacompta, Charles Nusse, said “We are very pleased to have acquired a long established, well respected business that has a reputation for quality products and very high levels of customer service.”
