Inapa – Investimentos, Participacoes e Gestao, S.A., through Inapa Viscom, a subsidiary of its dependent company Papier Union GmbH, has carried out the acquisition of the company Complott Artvertrieb, a German partnership in the distribution of visual communication material. Complott Artvertrieb is one of the leading companies in its sector of the German market. It had a turnover of Euro 10.6 million in 2007. The transaction is subject to approval by the competition authorities. The acquisition now made public is included in the strategy defined in the Inapa 2010 plan, a broadening of the product range distributed by the Group into areas complementing the traditional ones and in sectors with significant growth potential and freeing margins. The investment thus accomplished is in line with the projections set out within it. Inapa – Investimentos, Participacoes e Gestao, S.A. is head of Inapa Group, one of the leading european paper merchanting. The Group main activity is the sale and distribution of commercial printing and office papers to printers, publishing houses and corporate entities.
