On March, 24 an interdepartmental commission finished the investigation of the causes that led to the dam burst the occuored on Arkhangelsky pulp and paper enterprise (Arkhangelsk region, Russia), corporate spokesperson told Lesprom.ru. The commission suggested that the dam burst was probably caused by a failure of ash and alkaline solution facility. Econcetr-Agrokhimbezopasnost (Moscow) was attracted to provide checks.
