Oct 24, 2014. /Lesprom Network/. The Supervisory Board of Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG has unanimously appointed Gotthard Mayringer as new CFO, the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Gotthard Mayringer is a long-term CFO of the group Engel Holding Gesellschaft m.b.H., Schwertberg. The company is world market leader in injection moulding machines.

Subsequently he was employed with KPMG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Frankfurt am Main, Linz and Salzburg for eight years.

Gotthard Mayringer succeeds Oliver Schumy after March 1, 2015. His first term of office will be three years.
