Mikael Aminoff elected to Metsäliitto Group's Board of Directors
Nov 28, 2007. Mr Mikael Aminoff, M.Sc. (Forestry), from Tammisaari, Finland, has been elected by Metsäliitto Cooperative's Supervisory Board to become new member of the Group's Board of Directors from 1 January 2008.

(Forestry), from Tammisaari, Finland, has been elected by Metsäliitto Cooperative's Supervisory Board to become new member of the Group's Board of Directors from 1 January 2008. Mr Arimo Uusitalo, M.Sc. (Agriculture and Forestry), who has been a member of Metsäliitto's Board since 1993, resigned from the Board of Directors in accordance with the Rules stipulating the maximum age of 65 years for Board Members, reported the company.
In addition, the Supervisory Board re-elected the outgoing members Ms Saini Jääskeläinen, Farmer, and Mr Martti Asunta, M.Sc. (Forestry), to the Board.
The new Board of Directors will elect a new Chairperson from among its members in its Statutory Meeting in January 2008 to replace Arimo Uusitalo who has been Chairman since 1994.
