The AGM decided to demerge the non-operational properties owned by the company on April 12, 2007. The properties are now organized as separate limited companies under a property holding company, wholly owned by Norske Skogindustrier ASA. The group balance sheet and the shareholders will not be affected by the transaction. Norske Skog is a world leading producer of newsprint and magazine paper, with 18 paper mills around the world.
