Paperworks Industries, Inc. appointed Robert J. Nobile as new CFO
Dec 12, 2012. Robert J. Nobile has been appointed to the position of CFO of PaperWorks Industries, Inc. Mr. Nobile will report directly to the President and CEO, Mark Staton. Mr. Nobile will be responsible for all PaperWorks Industries finance, accounting, and treasury activities as well as advising Mr. Staton, and the rest of the staff, with regards to operations, strategy, policies and practices, mergers and acquisitions, and other relevant matters.
Dec 12, 2012. /Lesprom Network/. Robert J. Nobile has been appointed to the position of CFO of PaperWorks Industries, Inc. Mr. Nobile will report directly to the President and CEO, Mark Staton, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Mr. Nobile will be responsible for all PaperWorks Industries finance, accounting, and treasury activities as well as advising Mr. Staton, and the rest of the staff, with regards to operations, strategy, policies and practices, mergers and acquisitions, and other relevant matters.
Mr. Nobile’s experience spans the spectrum of public and private chief financial and public accounting positions. Most recently, he was CFO and Senior VP of Finance of Opnext, a public company manufacturing optical devices, modules, and sub-systems primarily for data and telecommunication networks. Prior to this, Mr. Nobile was CFO and Senior VP of Business Integration for Kodak Polychrome Graphics, a joint venture of Eastman Kodak and Sun Chemical having come from Sun Chemical as the CFO of its Polychrome division. Mr. Nobile began his career with Arthur Andersen where he rose to Senior Manager.
