Rock-Tenn Company announces promotion of Kevin Sullivan

Rock-Tenn Company announced on August 7 that Kevin Sullivan has been promoted to the position of vice president, coated paperboard and market pulp sales for the paperboard division effective August 1, 2006. Kevin's new responsibilities include leading the solid bleached sulphate (SBS) paperboard and coated recycled (CRB) paperboard sales teams in developing and implementing the division's coated paperboard sales strategy. He will continue to report to David Dreibelbis, executive vice president and general manager - paperboard division. This organizational change will further capitalize on the synergies made available by the company's acquisition of Gulf States Paper Corporation's paperboard and consumer packaging business in June 2005.
Kevin joined Rock-Tenn as vice president, bleached pulp and paperboard sales in June 2005, after eight years at Gulf States Paper Corporation, concurrent with Rock-Tenn's acquisition of GSPP. Previously, he held sales and marketing positions with various other companies in the industry. Kevin earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, Virginia.
