Slovenia: Value of purchased roundwood increased by 5% in October
Slovenia's value of roundwood purchased from private owners in October 2015 was Euro 3.8 million and thus about 32% lower than in September 2015 and almost 5% higher than in October 2014.

Slovenia's value of roundwood purchased from private owners in October 2015 was Euro 3.8 million, which is about 32% less than in the previous month (mainly due to lower quantity of purchased roundwood), as the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
The value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs was lower by almost 34%, of wood fuel by 27%, of pulpwood by 14% and of other industrial roundwood by about 47%.
The value of roundwood purchased from private owners in October 2015 was almost 5% higher than in October 2014, mainly due to the higher quantity of purchased sawlogs conifers.
The value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs was higher by about 17%, while the value of purchased pulpwood was lower by almost 16%, of other industrial roundwood by 27%, and of wood fuel by about 55%.
