Oct 21, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. Average delivery prices of sawlog in Sweden rose by 1% in the 3Q 2015 compared with previous quarter. The sawlog prices increased in all regions, as Swedish Forest Agency said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

In the Northern region the sawlog prices rose by 1% and the region Central and South the prices rose by 4% and 3%.

The pulpwood prices fell by 1%. Pulpwood prices fell both in the Northern and Central regions by 2% and 1%, while pulpwood prices in the Southern region rose by 1% compared to previous quarter.

In a comparison between the 3Q 2015 and the same quarter of 2014 pulpwood prices rose by 3% and sawlog prices by 13%.
