The $7.5 million study was co-funded with the Australian and Victorian governments. Australian Paper and SUEZ will seek to finalise waste supply arrangements for the project by 2020.

The delivery, installation, and start-up are scheduled for the 1Q 2018.

Valmet and Australian Paper sign a multi-year maintenance technical support agreement for Maryvale mill Valmet and Australian Paper have signed a multi-year agreement for Valmet to provide maintenance technical support at the Maryvale Mill in Victoria, Australia. The new technical support agreement which will focus on providing onsite maintenance technical advice and expertise to the mill's maintenance organization, replaces the old maintenance agreements between Valmet and Australian Paper.
