Bassett Furniture Industries, Inc. is finalizing an agreement to purchase certain assets of Crimson Casual, Inc. for $2.25 million in cash and stock. Bassett expects the transaction to be completed in early November 2019, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
