The objective of the investment is to replace the existing infrared equipment by a new Webmate® hood for coat drying and profiling after the third coating head. The existing WebMate® will be moved after the first coating head where there is no infrared system today.
Bekaert Solaronics WebMate® is an electric infrared non-contact drying solution which significantly increases the drying capacity of the existing equipment. The system is equipped with M2000 modules which ensure perfect quality, a high drying rate as well as a long lifetime.
