Continental Management to establish a new enterprise on the basis of Predivinsky

Sep 23, 2004. /Lesprom Network/. Russian Continental Management intends to establish a new enterprise on the basis of Predivinsky, Krasnoyarsk deputy-governor Andrei Gnezdilov announced. Continental management acquired by auction the production capacities of the enterprise located in Bolshemurtinsky district, Krasnoyarsk region. Previously the timber enterprise was state-owned, however after the bankruptcy procedure was started on Predivinsky the enterprise was set for sale. Two companies participated in the auction. Continental Management acquired the enterprise for about RUR 10 million. The new enterprise will get the name of Predivinsky timber-processing enterprise.
