To increase operational efficiency and simplify the ordering process, Derome has embarked on a project to establish a new internal business platform. Following a comprehensive evaluation process, the company chose IFS Applications 10, which will be rolled out to 1,700 users across more than 50 sites.
With IFS Applications 10, Derome will integrate internal processes including finance, sales, manufacturing, logistics and customer service on a single, easy-to-use platformThe solution will make it easier for customers to place, amend and trace their orders as well as enable on-demand communication with Derome customer service agents.
