Extraordinary General Meeting of Latvian JSC Grigiskes will take place on 11 December 2007 at 10 a.m. at the Grigiskes cultural center (Vilniaus str. 12, Grigiškės, Vilnius city municipality), company announced. Accounting day is on 4 December 2007. On the agenda: 1) The election of the members of the Supervisory board of Joint-stock company Grigiskes. 2) The change of the articles of association of Joint-stock company Grigiskes, consolidation of it’s new edit and the investiture of commissions to sign the articles of association. Grigiskes is manufacturing toilet paper, paper towels, paper napkins, medical cellulose wadding, corrugated boards and boxes, hardboard and painted hardboard. In 2006 the Grigiskes Group which consists of JSC Grigiskes and Baltwood LTD reached a turnover of LTL 120 million (Euro 34.75 million) which is by 14.6 % more than in 2005. In the year 2007 the Group is planing to sell products and services of LTL 159 million (Euro 46.05 million) and earn a profit of LTL 9 million (Euro 2.61 million).
