Effective March 22, Forest City Trading Group, LLC, acquired substantially all of the assets of the Southern Division of North Pacific Group, as Random Lengths reported. This new company will operate as Southern Mississippi Trading, LLC. Frank Johnston has been named senior vice president. All 30 employees will remain with the company.
