Oct 05, 2012. /Lesprom Network/. Gascogne appointed Patrick Bordessoule as Chief Operating Officer (COO), as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network. A qualified chartered accountant, Patrick Bordessoule was from 1994 to 2009, CFO then CEO in a group in the food industry. In 2009 he joined Dirigeants & Investisseurs, which groups together experienced entrepreneurs and whose objective is to provide companies with support, in particular for managing business recovery. Gascogne is set to benefit from Patrick Bordessoule’s extensive experience in managing complex situations and, working closely with Frédéric Doulcet, CEO, he will be in charge of monitoring and developing actions which aim to improve the operational performance of the Group. For this mission, he will rely on all teams, in particular division managers. His mission also includes the Financial Management of the Group and he will therefore be directly involved in the current negotiations with the financial partners. Furthermore, Antoine Jeanson is leaving the Group. Gascogne group is the only French player fully integrated throughout the entire chain of the wood-paper-conversion sector. It has four complementary divisions: Gascogne produces wood products, natural machine glazed kraft paper, industrial and consumer sacks and laminates for packaging and protection applications.
