In 2011, the Czech company Paper Mill Holding, owned by David Dostál – also owner of PAPCEL Litovel, purchased the shareholding of the Uzbek company Angren in the amount of 53,05% of shares from its largest shareholder the Swiss-Uzbek company Miller Trading GmbH, and thus became Angren's majority owner, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
In 2012, a new stock preparation line for wastepaper processing was installed in the paper mill, and a size press, including the starch preparation and dosing station, were put into operation. These days more negotiations with the Czech Export Bank are taking place to provide financing for further paper mill reconstructions.
