With effect from July 1, 2020, Papier Union GmbH and Papyrus Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG have merged and will now operate under the brand Inapa Deutschland GmbH. This concludes the merger of the two companies dedicated to the distribution of paper for the graphic and office segments in Germany. Inapa Deutschland now employs more than 1,000 people and its headquarters are located in Hamburg.
By combining the strengths of both companies, a unified product range and stronger logistics, the Inapa Group becomes the largest paper distributor in Western Europe, not only in size but also in value proposition. This is the Group’s right strategic response to current and future challenges in the paper market.
In Germany, Inapa also owns Inapa Packaging GmbH and Inapa ComPlott GmbH dedicated to the packaging and visual communication business segments respectively.
