Pawel Wyrzykowski appointed member of the Executive Board of Pfleiderer AG

Apr 07, 2008. /Lesprom.com/. The Supervisory Board of Pfleiderer AG has appointed Mr. Pawel Wyrzykowski as a member of the Executive Board. Mr. Wyrzykowski has worked for the Pfleiderer Group in Eastern Europe since 1998 and has been Chairman of the Executive Board of Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A., Poland, since 2003. In the future, Mr. Wyrzykowski will be responsible for the functions of sales, marketing and product strategy in the Executive Board of Pfleiderer AG. At the same time Mr. Wyrzykowski will bear Executive Board responsibility for the region of Eastern Europe. In this context, Mr. Wyrzykowski is to be appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. Depending on when a successor is appointed to take over his present position, Mr. Wyrzykowski will assume his position in the Executive Board of Pfleiderer AG between September 1, 2008 and January 1, 2009.
