Mr. Christoph Mikulski graduated in Electrical Engineering at ETH Zurich (Swiss Instiute of Technology) and obtained an MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau in France. Mr Christoph Mikulski has worked for The Boston Consulting Group in Munich and later for Jacobs Suchard as Vice President responsible for M&A and strategic planning and as CEO in Italy. In Poland Christoph Mikulski acted as CEO of Benetton Central Europe, The XII Privatisation Fund (currently “BBI Investment NFI”) and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Próchnik S.A.
Gerd Hammerschmidt in his professional career worked on the management positions in ABB, Philipp Holzmann AG and Plastal Group AB. In Plastal Group AB he was at last Member of the Management Board. Since June 2009 Mr Gerd Hammerschmidt has been working for Pfleiderer AG Group, where he is Head of HR.
Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. specializes in production of wood-based materials used in furniture, interior and construction industries.
