Santiago “Tito” García Valiño joins to Proteak’s Board of Directors
The Shareholders’ Assembly approved the nomination of Santiago “Tito” García Valiño to become the 11th member of Proteak’s Board of Directors.

nomination of Santiago “Tito” García Valiño to become the 11th member of
Proteak’s Board of Directors, as the company said in the press release received by
Lesprom Network.
With almost 20 years experience in Financiera
Maderera S.A. (FINSA), Mr. García has been a member of that Company’s Board of
Directors since 2004 and its President for the last 3 years.
Proteak is the largest forest-industrial
company in Mexico and Central America. With 18,000 hectares of plantations in Mexico, Costa Rica and Colombia, it exports products to over 15 destinations
in America, Europe and Asia.
