Shipments of US southern pine lumber increased by 3% in 2015
For the sixth consecutive year, shipments of US Southern pine lumber recorded an increase from the previous year. Shipments in 2015 totaled 16.6 billion board feet (Bbf), an increase of 3% over the volume shipped in 2014(16.1 Bbf) and 10% above 2013 shipments (15.03 Bbf).
