Ence is the first company in Spain in renewable energy production with forestry and agricultural biomass and, since 2018 and as part of our diversification strategy, we also generate thermosolar energy in our Puertollano plant. Ence has a total installed capacity of 332 MW, of which 50 MW correspond to thermosolar generation, 13 MW to cogeneration with natural gas and 269 MW to generation with biomass. Our production of electric power rose to 1,815 GWh in 2018.
